Roux, a first-time event series celebrating women in the culinary and beverage industries. Roux brings together female talent from far and wide for a full weekend of panels, workshops and collaborative meals in Portland, Oregon.
Roux welcomes Bon Appétit’s Healthyish as the exclusive media partner of the inaugural series. Roux has also partnered with nonprofit La Cocina, an organization empowering entrepreneurship among women, immigrants, and people of color. While the schedule highlights women, all Roux events are inclusive and open to all.
