We’re feeling nostalgic for crowded concerts, foodie festivals, and just generally being surrounded by friends and family. But don’t despair. Along with new batches of KYLA, big ideas are brewing, and we can’t wait till we can see you again in real life.
Enjoy the magic of summer evenings at Oregon Zoo featuring the NW ska, rocksteady, and reggae sounds of The Cascadians!
There are few things better than a summer evening in Portland, and your zoo has the perfect park setting to make the most of it. On select Tuesdays, you can eat dinner outdoors from local food carts, sample great Oregon beers and KYLA Hard Kombucha, listen to live music and let your kids run around or try crafty activities—all while hanging out with crepuscular creatures such as lions, tigers, and bears.
Admission is only $9 per person after 4 p.m., and free for zoo members. Tickets are only available at the zoo after 4 p.m. on the day of the event. Zoo gates will close at 8 p.m. (instead of the standard summer hours of 6 p.m.), with grounds being open until 9 p.m
